Indemnity
Should for any reason outside the control of the conference organisers, the venue or speakers change, or the event be cancelled, the conference organisers shall endeavour to reschedule, but the client hereby indemnifies and holds the conference organisers including, but limited to, the RACGP and EECW Pty Ltd harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses. This agreement is subject to the laws of Australia and a registration submission ensures acceptance of this indemnity.

Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance before coming to the conference. The policy should include loss of fees/ deposit through cancellation of your participation in the conference, or through cancellation of the conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Neither the conference secretariat nor the organising committee will take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure. Please speak to your travel agent or airline in regard to this matter.

Meals
All tea breaks and lunches will be served in the exhibition area. We recognise that some delegates may have special dietary requirements. Please advise the conference secretariat via the registration form or in writing should you require alternative arrangements be made on your behalf. Please note some dietary requirements may be subject to an additional charge, eg. Kosher meals.

Parking
Ample free car parking is available around Burswood Entertainment Complex and undercover paid parking is available at $10 per day (subject to change without notice).

Public transport
Perth is connected by a network of road and rail lines operated by Transperth. The Burswood Entertainment Complex is adjacent to the Burswood Train Station located on the Armadale line. Infoline 13 62 13 www.transperth.wa.gov.au

Taxi
