Accommodation bookings close Friday 28 August 2009 and are subject to availability at time of registration. A deposit of 1 night’s payment for your nominated hotel or a credit card number is required with registration to secure your booking. Please note your credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel to secure the booking only, and no monies will be deducted by the conference secretariat.

The negotiated rate is the advertised conference hotel rate.

Great Eastern Motor Lodge offers luxurious accommodation to families, business people, transit visitors and the holiday maker. Situated for maximum convenience - midway between the city and the airport within close proximity of every service.
The lodge has been specifically designed in open rectangular form specifically to keep noise to a minimum. There are 200 rooms in all, ranging from motel suites, bed-sitters to one-bedroom suites and two-bedroom suites for families, plus rooms with spas. Children are welcomed, cots and high chairs being available.
One feature of the complex is that most of the beautifully appointed suites have a fully equipped kitchen, including crockery and cutlery so guests may do the own cooking in preference to dining in restaurants, an expensive addition to any holiday.
However for the businessman, there are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance of the lodge - the city centre is only minutes away. Fully cooked breakfasts are available on request.
